About
|
I earned my B.F.A. in graphic design from Cal State Fullerton, and I’ve spent the last 7 years working in the apparel industry. I have a passion for textile prints and illustration. In the apparel world, my skills include designing graphics and prints for sportswear, creating CADs, developing seasonal themes and color palettes, and creating cohesive graphic packs. I spent 7 years (2005 – 2012) working at Paul Frank Industries, where I was a Senior Graphic Designer responsible for women’s and girl’s graphics and prints, in addition to many other fun projects. I worked with amazing people, made lifelong friends, and loved my time there. In 2009, I helped launch the men’s clothing brand Toddland. I was involved in branding direction, website conceptualization, creating CADs, trims, graphics, sportswear prints, accessories design, windows and in-store displays. I illustrated the Paul Frank book Let’s Dance (Chronicle Books), as well as a children’s app called Chipper’s Rainy Day Adventure. I currently work for Disney. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and daughter, checking out new and old music, antique shops and flea markets, cooking, Crossfit, collecting vintage brooches, and doodling in my sketchbook. To find out more about what I’m into and to see some of my doodles, I invite you to visit my blog Let’s Die Friends. |
